Bigger Than Its Boundaries
You Did It!
THANK YOU! We made it! $312,898! To everyone who prayed, asked, and gave to our “Bigger Than Its Boundaries” campaign – thank you! Words cannot express our gratitude for the outpouring of support shown to the Holy Name community. Thanks to you we will continue our work of providing an excellent education to our students and valuable community services to families and neighbors in this community.
Please watch for upcoming information. We are working hard to create and act on a plan for sustainability for the future. Our work continues and with your support we will fulfill our mission. Our planning encompasses the next two years which are crucial and then follows up with a five year work plan for sustainability. With your support and prayers we will continue our efforts well into the twenty first century.
Thank you!

"Chester Plewa says he was so poor when he married Jesse at Boys Town on Dec.31, 1949, that she had to lend him $11 to cover some expenses. Jessie died on Nov. 17, and each of the 44 days leading to what would have been their 60th anniversary, Chet dropped a quarter in a jar - exactly $11. He said he will donate it in her name to financially struggling Holy Name School."

Dear Mrs. Kock,
In a small way, I want to support the efforts of the Holy Name School community to stay alive. When I was at St. Richard's, your support to Sue Mc Caslin and our entire staff was valued. Your school is needed in this part of Omaha. May God bless your efforts and may they thrive!

"The enclosed check is to help with the $300,000 deficit. This amout was what I had saved in change over the last year or two to be used as "fun money" on some future vacation. I believe at this time you could put it to better use."
